The School of Advertising & Public Relations majors are currently required to complete this additional form in order to be considered for departmental scholarships. This form should be completed and submitted no later than February 1 of each year. The School of Advertising & Public Relations allocates its scholarships based on three compnoents: academic performance, need, and professional promise.
A complete copy of your transcript(s) or DARS must be attached to this form. If you are submitting a DARS you need to be sure all fields are "expanded." DARS reports that do not show all of the courses taken will not be considered for scholarships.
To be eligible for an award you must specify which award you are applying for. Students are allowed to apply for multiple awards. Please provide a narrative for EACH award you are applying for. Be sure to include the name of the award in the narrative.
