Junior or Senior in good academic standing at the University of Tennessee
Social Media Experience
Paid Social Advertising Experience
Basic Design Skills
Social Media Analyzing (Content Calendars, etc.)
Ability to work across Twitter, Instagram and Snapchat
Strong written communication
Wordpress or other website experience
Social Media course(s)
Prior internship experience
This position requires content calendar creation, scheduling and posting to ADPR accounts, extensive knowledge of ADPR branding and audience. Create full social campaigns for events like UTSMW and other school related events. Must be able to meet weekly with ADPR Coordinator. Be able to develop precise social media strategies with ADPR Coordinator. Show willingness to be trained on both Salesforce Social Studio and Hootsuite. Attendance at events will sometimes be required. Social media management, tracking, and editing goes along with basic knowledge requirements. Occasional attendance with ADPR communications team required. This position is paid and requires a minimum of 10 hours per week with a maximum of 15 hours per week. These hours are able to be completed within a flexible schedule and time frame.
This position will start August 2019. This is a paid internship with the School of Advertising and Public Relations.
